We carefully transport natural sea water (Muroto Deep Sea Water) pumped from a depth of 374 meters, 2km offshore southeast of Cape Muroto in Kochi prefecture, and create a worn-out jeans feeling via a slow, “organic” process. WIthout using artificial chlorine and hydrogen bleach, we can change the color as if it had faded by cutting off some molecules of the indigo dye and combining with enriched mineral in the deep sea water.
